1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through Prayer · Remembrance · Care, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
We offer the following services:
Personal Prayer — A personal prayer service based on the information provided by the customer.
Memorial Tribute — A memorial tribute service available for 15 days, according to the description of the selected package.
Grave Care & Restoration — Services are assessed individually, and the scope, price, timing, and work to be performed must be agreed upon before work begins.
The exact deliverables for each service will be described on the relevant order or service page.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to confirmation. Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout. For custom grave care and restoration, the mentioned amount is non refundable fee for consultation ,the agreed price and payment arrangements will be communicated before the work begins.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information and ensure that they have permission to submit any photographs, names, messages, or other materials they provide. Customers must also ensure that they are authorized to request any work involving a grave or burial site.
5. Service Delivery
Personal Prayer: Personal prayer services will be provided online. Customers will be notified within three (3) days that their requested prayers have been completed.
Memorial Tribute: Memorial tributes will be displayed online for fifteen (15) days. Customers may request an extension beyond the initial fifteen-day period for an additional fee, subject to agreement on the extended duration and applicable payment.
Grave Care & Restoration:The price displayed for this service is a non-refundable consultation fee covering the initial consultation and assessment of the customer's grave care or restoration requirements. This fee does not include the cost of physical grave care, construction, restoration, materials, or labor. After the consultation, the scope of work, additional costs, and estimated timeframe will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before any physical work begins. All necessary permissions and site access arrangements must be obtained before work is undertaken. The consultation fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
For physical grave care or restoration, no work will begin until the scope and price have been agreed upon and any necessary permissions have been obtained.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers who wish to cancel an order or request a refund must contact us at work.with.qari@gmail.com and provide their order details.
6.1 Personal Prayer ($1)
Customers may request cancellation before the prayer service has been completed. Once the service has been completed and the customer has been notified, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
6.2 Memorial Tribute ($25)
Customers may request cancellation before their memorial tribute is published online. Once the tribute has been published, payments are generally non-refundable for the service provided. The standard display period is fifteen (15) days. Extensions beyond this period are available upon request for an additional fee. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
6.3 Grave Care & Restoration
The initial fee displayed for Grave Care & Restoration is a non-refundable consultation fee covering the initial consultation and assessment of the customer's requirements. This fee does not include physical grave care, construction, restoration, materials, or labor. Any additional work and associated costs must be agreed upon separately before work begins. The consultation fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
6.4 Delays, Cancellations by Us, and Service Issues
If we are unable to provide a service, cancel an order, or experience a significant delay that prevents us from delivering the agreed service, we will inform the customer and discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. Customers who believe their order was not completed as agreed should contact us with their order details so we can review the matter.
6.5 Refund Requests
Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the service purchased, its completion status, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived
7. Memorial Content and Permissions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that content they submit does not violate another person's rights. We may decline content or requests that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or outside the scope of our services.
8. Limitations
Prayer services are spiritual services and are not a guarantee of a particular outcome. Memorial tributes are intended to honor and remember individuals. Physical grave care and restoration are subject to site conditions, permissions, and the agreed scope of work.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the order process.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or business practices change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. The terms applicable to a particular order will be made available when that order is placed.
